Their customer service is outstanding. Not only did they let you know the progress of your purchases production, but follow up with email when you recieve them, to see how satisfied you are. Needed first pair shortened, and they created another pair to replace the first. And follow up with email on how did the replacement satisfy. Will definitely order another pair (they keep the measurements) and other clothes they custom make.
