Personnel did not give up on a difficult fit of jeans and managed to complete the sale to my satisfaction. Even when I stated I was satisfied with fit, they still gave me another opportunity to better the fit. They went the extra mile to ensure I was completely satisfied. Quality is exceptional as was the service as stated above.
