If you are not satisfied with your clothes we’d be happy to remake them for free. Follow our guide below, within 90 days of receiving your order, to get your clothing retailored with an improved fit. Let us know what was not right about the original clothes and what new fabric or style options you would like to use for the remake. Please note that we can only use materials and options that are available on the app and website.

Fit isn’t quite feeling right? Try washing your items first

If you are unsure of the fit, please wash the item to account for any shrinkage or change in feel. Even if the clothes feel a little tight, this will demonstrate what (if any) any adjustments might need to be made. This will not affect your eligibility for a remake or refund.

Fit Issue: Take 3 Photos In Your MTailor Items

Take a few photos of yourself in your MTailor clothes. Please follow these tips:      
  • Take photos from the front, side and back      
  • Get your whole body
  • If you are sending pictures of a tee, polo, or dress shirt, please make sure to wear it untucked
  • If you are sending pictures of a blazer or suit, please show the jacket buttoned and unbuttoned
  • It's easiest if you get a friend to take your photo or you could use your phone's camera timer on a nearby surface (e.g., your bathroom sink) to take the photos

If you would prefer to return the item, please send an email to [email protected] informing us of the item you wish to return. We can then send you a pre-paid return label and issue a full refund upon receipt of the item.
