Doubtful to Believer

I’m 6’5” and have so much trouble with length but especially the rise. I usually buy pants, have altered and even though not quite right keep them. My 1st order at MTailor was redone due to the “rise”. Order was quickly redone at no charge and was a perfect fit! I have ordered pants, jeans and shorts, all with a good fits. It’s great to know I can trust MTailor for fit, customer service and reasonable prices. I started off doubtful but now I’m a believer.

Great Fitting Shirts

I’ve ordered in the past and have recently ordered more of the Tees. These shirts fit so comfortably. I love the colors. I love the attention to details. (Monograms). You take a short video of yourself. Don’t worry, the app instructs you how to do it. Pick the shirts or pants you want to order. And from that video they begin to manufacture the clothes based on your size and fit. Raises about two weeks from ordering to delivery. The best part is for example I wear in between a XL Tall and a L Tall. MTailor get it right every time. Worth every penny!!

Women’s Jeans

My husband has loved MTailor for a while now and when he told me that they expanded into women’s jeans, I was excited!! Especially because I do not like high rise jeans, which is all that is being sold in stores these days. I went through the sizing and my first pair of jeans did not fit me at all. I contacted customer support and they were EXTREMELY helpful. I sent pictures of myself in the original pair and they identified what needed to be changed. The second pair arrived and they fit perfectly!! Will defiantly be buying again! Thank you so much!

Have to see in the company on Shark Tank many years ago I tried out with a shirt and it came out great and I’ll fast forward five years later I just bought a couple more shirts and I felt the sizing was a little off, so they are custom making it again with new iterations, and we are working very closely together. Mark and customer service is amazing. He is very responsive and very helpful and probably one of the best customer service member I have ever worked communicated. I will most likely be buying new shirts in the new year as I continue to go on my vacations and want to keep getting for new shirts and this company is great. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal Jeans!!!

These are the first out of jeans that have actually fit me. I’m a former d1 football player and my proportions don’t always come in normal sizes at the store. When my girlfriend saw a company that tailored (literally and figuratively) towards my needs my girlfriend made me try it. I’ve bought multiple pairs of jeans (post wear and tear) and kept coming back. They’re elastic enough for comfortability and you can pull off wearing them to work (especially jet black, ecru, and grey).

I've purchased from MTailor several times over the last few years. Suits are quality material. The suit jacket fit is the best I've ever had. I've bought custom suits before & MTailor has great value for the quality of clothing you receive. Chinos & shirts are nice also. If ever I had an issue they were quick to recolve it. Love it!

This seemed like there is no way this would work. M best fitting shirts would be an ‘athletic’ cut because of my shoulder… good luck finding those. What I was left with were sleeves slightly too long and a bunch of extra shirt to figure out where to hide around back. I tried it out with a pair of jeans and a shirt. Tommy surprise, they fit perfectly. I have since gone back and basically did a wardrobe overhaul with some 30 items. They all fit perfect and fit nicely. Simply put, no disappointments and this is where I will shop from here on out!

Great fit, great clothes

I’ve always struggled to find dress shirts that fit my shoulders and neck without looking like a parachute at my waist. I ordered a custom shirt and it fits perfect. I ordered 2 more. Just recently ordered a pair of pants. They fit perfect, I ordered 2 more pair. Plan to change all my dress clothes over to MTailor.

Great pants

It is impossible for me to find pants in a store that fit. I have too much waist and my legs are too short. It has been many years since I found store-bought pants that I didn’t have to have tailored. I have bought a pair of khakis and two pairs of jeans in the past 3 years from MTailor, and they are the best fitting pants I’ve ever owned. The look slimming because they fit so well. The fabric and construction are excellent. The only thing to watch out for is the color of the fabric. My navy jeans are true blue, but the grey jeans aren’t a pure grey - there is some other color in there as well that are hard to identify. And my olive khakis aren’t a pure olive - there is some grey in the coloring. It has not been a problem for me to match shirts etc. to the pants, but if you need precise color to match your wardrobe, stick to navy and black.

I now have two MTailor shirts and I’m pleased with them. It was very simple to get sized, order, and receive the shirts. The shirts fit really well. The service team was more than accommodating when I needed to make a change. The service people were prompt, professional, and helpful. Definitely a service worth trying!

Great product & customer service

This was my first foray into custom made clothing. I'm an odd size & off the rack shopping is a major frustration always requiring alterations, so MTailor was worth a gamble. I ordered two long sleeve polos after using the iPhone measuring app. The app is easy to use but the app didn't account for my barrel chest. The shirts arrived two wks later but were a little tight across my chest. Long story short they remade the shirts adding enough to account for my chest. No hassle no questions. Sheena, their customer service person, kept me informed, allowed me to make some additional changes and made sure I was satisfied with the polos. I'm very happy with MTailor and plan to order some slacks from them soon.

It’s the best fitting clothes you’ll get. I have anything but an off the rack body, so their service is a great value for me. You get custom adjustments, remakes that are free, free shipping and great customer service. Most of my items arrived a week before estimated delivery date. Only minor drawback is I wish they had more fabric choices or custom thread color on shirts.

Using MTailor is was a great experience. I'm 6'4" and lean, and standard shirts never fit me! The first shirt that they sent me was a little too tight around the shoulders. I sent them some pictures, and they sent another shirt which fit perfectly. I'll definitely be ordering many more shirts from them.

I am a big guy and it took a while to get my arms accounted for and they just kept working with me to get it right. I think it was four times. I now have my first perfect shirt and I am ready to order more.

I have ordered several items from M Taylor and they have been excellent to work with. If you have a problem they fix it, no hassle, they just get it done. They custom make your clothes to fit you. And if they don’t they will redo them.

Best MTailor

I have ordered 15 pair of Jeans and 13 shirts! It is easy to begin the ordering process! My clothes fit perfectly! There was only 1 problem with an order and they made it right. This is a must try, once you do I doubt you will buy store rack jeans/pants again. Customer service is awesome!

I ordered some pants. When they came in they were tight in a few places but ok as I have dealt with that for years buying off the rack. MTailor contacted me asking how the fit was. I mentioned my issues. I took a few pictures with the pants on and they suggested changes. The replacement pants came in and they are perfect. They hang nicely and there are no tight spots. Great customer service. I ordered two more pair of pants yesterday and a polo.

Disappointed

Bought 2 suits , a blazer and 2 extra pairs of pants. I fell for the claims about perfect fits. They arrived quickly. They felt tight in the shoulders and legs. The suit fabric feels cheap. Yeah, you could send it back and get a “fix”, but I don’t want to. I still wear them but I’m not impressed, feel self conscious in them.

Poor experience

Clothes did not fit at all. The pants were small and wouldn’t close and the shoulders were way too big. Plus the quality of the materials was lowest common denominator. This is not well made clothing from good materials. It’s cheap stuff that didn’t fit at all.

The use of the app is fine. The quality of clothes and fitting are not. I waited a while to write a review, but the quality is down right awful. After 6 months or so. Neck on t-shirt looks like I slept in it for a week. The polos are poor quality as well. You can find much better options at your general clothing stores. For the cost, just not worth it.

Measurement failure

Measurement system does not work. If your typical body size-type maybe but otherwise if you have long arms for example it does not work. They then ask you to wash the clothes retake pictures etc. convenience is their selling point and it is more of a hassle. I rather go to local Taylor.
