Great Job

First pair of jeans came to big re sized as instructed received the second pair perfect the team walks you through very accommodating also the 2nd pair was sent free of charge. If your hard to fit or not M Tailor is the place.

I ordered a suit and the fit was great with one small issue and they addressed it quickly. As a big and tall man I was worried about the process but I am already looking at what to get next.

A shirt that finally fits

Tried this on a whim as I have a wedding coming up and I am so tired of not being able to find a shirt that fits right, I am average height but have a big neck and shoulders. Used the app to find my exact measurements totally expecting that I would probably have to resize for any potential issues. After about 20 days I received the shirt, tried it on and couldn’t believe that it fits absolutely perfectly. Tailoring is neat and the cotton feels amazing. I will definitely be using M Tailor again for custom fits.

Best fit ever

I have never found clothing that fits this perfectly. This the only place I will be looking for clothing from now on.

It actually works

The measuring process is extremely accurate but can be edited if needed. I have ordered 2 suits several dress shirts, chinos and a polo shirt and so far I’ve been impressed. Because of the unrest in the Middle East (suits are manufactured in Bangladesh) my suit was delayed then eventually lost and Customer Service expedited another one for me. I truly feel like MTailor is my custom tailor

Pleasantly Surprised

I was apprehensive to buy something that I didn’t try on. My wife commented on the shirt and said, “You have never had a shirt that actually fits you. That one does”. The suit is the same, it fits perfectly. Quick, efficient, and no shopping required!👍👍

Perfect fit

I was quite skeptical about buying a suit online. When I needed a suit for my son’s wedding (in a color I didn’t have) I decided to try MTailor. My other choice was to try a bespoke tailor. I ordered far enough in advance to purchase another if it didn’t work out. I got it when promised and it fits better than any suit I have ever had. I did not need one bit of tailoring. I also received multiple compliments on it. If I had to find a nit to pick, there were some deep wrinkles from shipping. But steaming removed them. I’m a believer now and would buy again!!!

Happy with fit

I’ve just recently made a second order after receiving and wearing the first order of several jeans and chinos for about a month. I’m very happy with the first order. They all fit perfectly. I’ve had a lot of trouble finding anything off the shelf that fits. The jeans seem to be of thicker material than off the shelf jean material. I’ve also like the add ons I got: the INVISISTRETCH waistband makes them stay up (my flat butt was always causing butt crack, not with these); and I love the cellphone pocket. It is much easier to get the phone in and out since it is lower. I got the subtle style cellphone pocket and like it. It fits my normal size iPhone 15. It may be a bit difficult to get a larger cellphone into it.

Really good experience

I have ordered a couple of pairs of jeans as well as a suit from MTailor. Great experience every time. When my first pair of jeans arrived and I tried them on, I started laughing. The jeans fit me perfectly. When my suit arrived, the pants fit perfectly but the suit jacket was too small. No problem. MTailor worked with me to adjust the fit. The remake was free. I highly recommend MTailor.

Great Customer Service!

Ordered a dress shirt from MTailor. App was easy to use. More importantly it was efficient. The only issue was it had a small stain on the front. MTailor did not hesitate to make me another identical shirt and ship it. All I did was email them and included pictures of the shirt in the packaging. Second shirt arrived, perfect fit and even better…great customer service.

What a great product!

I am honestly super-pleased with the entire process, from excellent stomper support down to the quality of the shirt I ordered! I am an extremely difficult fit - that’s why I tried MTailoras (hopefully) a less expensive alternative to an actual tailor in-person. The first shirt arrived (didn’t fit properly), the second attempted shirt arrived (still didn’t fit properly), then the third fealty-fitting shirt arrived - BINGO! None of this process was painful and the customer service was unmatched! They really made the entire process really easy. Since I am a hard-fit, I expected issues and problems and more costs but I was happily wrong. Now MTailor has my measurements and the following shirts I buy will fit perfectly! Thanks to the entire MTailor team: from the customer service to the people who make the product - very nice workmanship. They even asked me if I wear a watch and which wrist - they made that it a little looser to accommodate my watch!

Excellent customer support

I purchased custom jeans and was very excited because I can seldom find any that fit well. The initial pair I received was a bit large for my waist, but they quickly remade after a few more photos. The remade pair fit perfectly. I am so pleased that I bought another pair in a different color. Highly recommend

I placed an order for four long sleeve t-shirts. Once they arrived, three were fine - comfortable, nice fit, washed/dried well. The fourth, a dark maroon, fit well but the color ran in the wash. MTailor customer service handled it very well. They gave me the option of getting money back or picking out a different color shirt. I chose the latter, which arrived in a relatively quick time and, again, it looks, fits, and feels great. But this time, it also washed just fine.

My first purchase was the premium tuxedo. Nothing has ever fit me so well in my life. I was absolutely amazed. And so was the hyper-critical person I showed it too. They got a loyal customer for life.

Great Customer Service

I placed an order for pants and shirts with M-Tailor. It had been several years since my last order so I did a new measurement profile. When my cloths arrived insincere them per the instructions. And they shrank and were no longer a good fit. I reached out to M-Tailor and they promptly responded and were great! With some picture of me in the shrunken cloths they suggested changes and reproduced the order. They were right on the mark and I love the cloths- as son have all my past orders! I judge vendors by how they address problems and M-Tailor excelled!

Best personal Tailor ever !!

I’m a very tall person and my first pair of jeans were a tad short but doable but MTailor insisted that they redo them. They were very efficient and responded so fast with a spot on size. Will use them from now on for my go to … very professional and easy to communicate with. Can’t go wrong.

Great fit for me

Finding 34 x 29 jeans in a store is rather difficult. Much less finding jeans with a cell phone pocket. Love the fit, love the material and really love the cell phone pocket vs. carrying in a holster or the risky back pocket.

Incredible Jeans and Great Customer Service

I bought my first pair of MTailor jeans after admiring my boyfriend’s pants. The fit was perfect and I love having my initials on my jeans. So I immediately ordered a pair in black. When the second pair arrived the fit was off. I sent an email expecting some kind of bot response but instead I heard from a real person who stayed involved through the entire process as my jeans were replaced with a second pair that fits perfectly. I love these pants so much, I just wish they made dress pants for women.

I’m back to order another pair after getting compliments on the first pair. I’ve never used a custom service like this and I was skeptical, but friends told me I looked like I stepped out of GQ, so here I am, getting another pair in black.

Very high-tech app

I have never been someone who wears jeans but I thought I would try this process. The measurements tool was great! I could do it right from home. I was skeptical but when I received my jeans they fit perfectly!! This is a new frontier for me.

I am 79. I have long legs, need a higher rise and have NEVER had a pair of pants I felt comfortable wearing. I have owned some tailored pants, but they are extremely expensive and not always exactly right. I was encouraged to try these pants by my wife. The idea intrigued me about using an app. But I was skeptical. Can this work? I do not write reviews. I have my doubts about those too. I am writing to tell you if you are thinking about buying some pants that actually fit, are made with expertise, you will never find a better pair for the value anywhere. I FINALLY have some pants that fit perfectly and look good.

I used this app to purchase a bespoke blazer - I recently transitioned jobs and needed a sharp casual jacket. The app was easy to use. I received the jacket in a few weeks. It didn't fit perfectly but MTailor made it right. I contacted customer service, took a few pictures and shared them, then they sent me a new jacket that fits perfectly and looks great. The material in this classic blazer is good quality and in style, the cut is up to date. well done!

I was skeptical, but MTailor absolutely delivered! I’m 6'2", 350 lbs with a long torso, thick neck, long arms, and a big waist. Nothing ever fits me "off the rack", it's either too short, tight, or blousy. My MTailor dress shirt fit perfectly in every measurement. I’ve never had a shirt fit so well and I actually teared up! The app was easy, accurate, and fast. I’ve told everyone about it and will definitely order again. MTailor, please make dress shoes next!

I had no idea what I was getting, not sure about a company online and customer service, what about the quality of fabric material and the measurement process. To my delight, not only is the company wonderful the quality of material, amazing measurement technology and a customer service department that is above approach. I finally found a proper clothing store.

If you have a preference for looking good in "levi" type pants then you need to have MTailor fashion you a pair of their phenomenal pants. I like to wear levis but have always had problems getting a pair that fit me without bagging in the butt or lacking the sufficient taper to look good. MTailor has made 3 pair of pants for me in the last year and make me look great in casual clothes. Their customer service is outstanding...they've remade 2 of my pants to make sure I was happy with the fit.

They always get it right

I have been an MTailor customer since they started and I can confidently say that they have always got it right. The vast majority of the time the clothing comes to me just the way I wanted it. I have had a few times when the fit wasn’t right the first time. However, after a conversation with customer support they would make a few adjustments and then remake it at no additional cost. The second time it would come out perfect and future clothing would base on the new adjustments.

Awesome Company Seamless App

I recently was custom fit on the MTailor App. Just received my suits and jackets and shirts. They fit perfectly. Easy to use, very user friendly. Kinda mind blowing that an App can measure you and you get tailored clothing.

Best Fit Best Jeans

As my dear hubby has aged his body has changed considerably. He no longer likes the fit of Levi’s, Wrangler’s or Lee jeans. Yet, he is still a cowboy and wants to look “manly” in his boots and hat. This is where MT saved the day. We weren’t sure we wanted to layout $100+ for jeans, but OTC jeans are getting close and MT allows for a custom fit. I doubt we will EVER buy jeans from any other source ever again!
