I used this app to purchase a bespoke blazer - I recently transitioned jobs and needed a sharp casual jacket. The app was easy to use. I received the jacket in a few weeks. It didn't fit perfectly but MTailor made it right. I contacted customer service, took a few pictures and shared them, then they sent me a new jacket that fits perfectly and looks great. The material in this classic blazer is good quality and in style, the cut is up to date. well done!

Great Service

I’ve bought 2 pair of jeans, and have had great service. The first pair needed some adjustments, which were handled quickly and accurately. The second pair was a slam dunk—perfect fit. They are now my go to place for pants.

I was skeptical, but MTailor absolutely delivered! I’m 6'2", 350 lbs with a long torso, thick neck, long arms, and a big waist. Nothing ever fits me "off the rack", it's either too short, tight, or blousy. My MTailor dress shirt fit perfectly in every measurement. I’ve never had a shirt fit so well and I actually teared up! The app was easy, accurate, and fast. I’ve told everyone about it and will definitely order again. MTailor, please make dress shoes next!

Delightfully surprised

I had no idea what I was getting, not sure about a company online and customer service, what about the quality of fabric material and the measurement process. To my delight, not only is the company wonderful the quality of material, amazing measurement technology and a customer service department that is above approach. I finally found a proper clothing store.

If you have a preference for looking good in "levi" type pants then you need to have MTailor fashion you a pair of their phenomenal pants. I like to wear levis but have always had problems getting a pair that fit me without bagging in the butt or lacking the sufficient taper to look good. MTailor has made 3 pair of pants for me in the last year and make me look great in casual clothes. Their customer service is outstanding...they've remade 2 of my pants to make sure I was happy with the fit.

They always get it right

I have been an MTailor customer since they started and I can confidently say that they have always got it right. The vast majority of the time the clothing comes to me just the way I wanted it. I have had a few times when the fit wasn’t right the first time. However, after a conversation with customer support they would make a few adjustments and then remake it at no additional cost. The second time it would come out perfect and future clothing would base on the new adjustments.

Awesome Company Seamless App

I recently was custom fit on the MTailor App. Just received my suits and jackets and shirts. They fit perfectly. Easy to use, very user friendly. Kinda mind blowing that an App can measure you and you get tailored clothing.

Best Fit Best Jeans

As my dear hubby has aged his body has changed considerably. He no longer likes the fit of Levi’s, Wrangler’s or Lee jeans. Yet, he is still a cowboy and wants to look “manly” in his boots and hat. This is where MT saved the day. We weren’t sure we wanted to layout $100+ for jeans, but OTC jeans are getting close and MT allows for a custom fit. I doubt we will EVER buy jeans from any other source ever again!

I was initially sceptical about how accurate the video measurement system would be. I ordered two dress shirts which I received after a few weeks. Both were too snug and I couldn't button the collars. Once I contacted M-Tailor, I was asked to provide photos of me wearing the problem shirts, including closeups of the collar fit. This was my first experience with MTailor. Two pairs of jeans, one black, one blue were ordered, and they fit fairly well although there were some tight spots in the waist and legs. MTailor wasted no time. making adjustments and getting me out replacement pieces. In addition, the lady that helped me - Tracy - did so with an awesome and positive attitude and follow the order through all the way until the new piece was delivered. I am convinced that this is the way Plan on doing so in the future

I ordered a suit for my brother who had just been released from the hospital and needed a suit for my son's formal wedding. Shopping in a store would have been impossible. He had seen your commercial on TV while in the hospital and we decided to give it a try. Taking his measurements was so easy and fast and his suit was delivered at the time it was promised. He was very happy with the cut, fabric and the color of blue was beautiful. We are 100% pleased! A great way to shop for custom made.

Great shirts at a great price!!

M Taylor did an excellent job and after making two modifications I now have the perfect fitting shirts. They were professional and kind enough to work through the adjustments. I have been paying $160 per shirt for custom shirts for several years and these shirts are as good or better at only $89 each. And the material is better quality too. An excellent value for great fitting shirts.

The best for every day wear

For everyday wear at decent prices, you’re not going to find better I don’t think. The customer service is also fantastic. They stand by their clothing. I once purchased a blazer that happened to be a little long and I got it altered locally. When they emailed to ask how it fit I told them it was a bit long. They insisted on reimbursing me, and did. Everything else I’ve purchased from them has been perfect.

The MOST amazing company

Simply the most amazing company. I am, sadly, both short and heavy and trying to buy flattering clothes is beyond frustrating. To have found MTailor where they not only have great options but create the clothes for you is a game changer. I’ve ordered shirts, a blazer, chinos and shorts. On the rare occasion that the first fit was not perfect, they remade them without issue and the following garments arrived exactly as I’d hoped. They are communicative, helpful and thorough. Additionally, their pricing is in line with off the rack garments and not at all what you would think for bespoke custom work. My only regret is not having had them around for the past 40 years!

I am a 78 year old male. If I found a shirt that fit my body it was too small in the neck. I got the MTailor app took the measurements. The first shirt fit my boby but too small in the neck. I am very pleased with the jeans that I ordered, and the customer service provided is exceptional!! The first pair of jeans I received did not fit as well as expected, and without question MTailor took additional measurements and provided a remake which is much more ideal. The jeans fit well and are very comfortable. I will definitely order more clothing with them.

Surprise and satisfied

I was skeptical about how accurate the suit I ordered would fit based on the video process. When it did arrive the pants and vest fit great. The jacket was a little long in the sleeves. I didn’t even need to reach out to customer service to start the process for a remake. They reached out to me as soon as the package was delivered to check to see how it fit. The remake process was easy and when the new jacket arrived it fit perfect. The only thing I wish was that the clothes got here sooner but they are well worth the wait and that is just me being an impatient person 😁. Highly recommend Mtailor

Amazing clothing

As of writing this, I am a first-year law student. It is challenging to find clothes that fit, and MTailor alleviates that problem. Throughout my entire career, I will never get custom clothing anywhere else. Compared to other competitors, the price is top-notch; however, it is still a little steep. You do have to wait a few weeks to get your clothes. And they do free remakes if you are not satisfied. Overall, I give this company a 10/10. If only the price was just a bit lower

I am a six foot one inch male who weighs 155 pounds with a 30-inch waist. Finding a pair of pants with a 30-inch waist and 34-inch inseam in a retail store is pretty much impossible. I heard about MTailor making custom-made clothes, so I downloaded the app and followed instruction for them, taking my measurement with my camera on my phone. So I ordered my Jeans and when they arrived theyfit perfectly . So I have a perfect place to buy my new clothes and I highly recommend MTailor.

I'm not a big online clothes shopper. I'm 5'11" and 162 lbs. Generally, finding shirts in the right length means baggy sleeves. Sleeves that fit meant I was wearing a crop top. Neither look good. I came across this app and thought I'd try it out. The shirt fit great, and the compliments poured in the next day. Even after a wash cycle, I didn't notice any shrinkage in the material. Used multiple times

I’ve ordered a couple of jackets and was super impressed! I’m a large guy with a slimmer waist and a big neck. I’ve had shirts tailored to fit before (at 4 times the cost of MTailor) with mediocre results. The material of the performance blend keep you from sweating and look incredible! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

MTailor - imagine your whole life never being able to purchase any kind of clothes off the rack that fit. My wife would hem my pants, shorten my sleves than later on I would pay for tailoring to have clothes that fit. Then I saw the ad for MTaylor's app and how easy and fast it was to get perfect measurements. I ordered a suit, three dress shirts, jeans (twice). Every time I received the order, a perfect fit. Shirts that fit right?

No way, I used to say, due to long arms and thick neck. Tried the app and got a dress shirt and a long sleeve tee shirt. The dress shirt is my first choice when I’m going to be wearing a suit. Perfect neck size. The tee is so comfortable, I ordered another one right away. There was a mixup on the color on the second one and the staff fixed me right up. Great service and clothes that fit me.
