I’ve been a happy customer for a couple of years now. I had a suit jacket remade last year to add 1/2 inch to the sleeve length and this month had a replacement pair of pants due to the zipper breaking. The pants were 11 months old, but no fuss from MT customer service. They stand behind their well-fitting products. 👍🏻
Bought jeans and a number of shirts and was very pleased. I then proceeded to go on a diet and lost almost 30 pounds in 3 months. I was within the 90 day return policy and was most surprised when I asked, and they confirmed, that they would remake my purchase at no charge. The great people there were wonderful to work with. I sent new measurements and they tweaked slight errors until I was satisfied. I highly recommend this company for great products and superb customer service Mike

I was leery if I would receive a great fit from how measured but am very pleased after receiving my jeans. It didn’t take as long to receive them as what I thought. Will definitely promote. I’m excited to order more and even try their other items that are offered
I was skeptical at first. Not sure if my phone camera could really give this company my correct fit. However, I was greatly surprised when the first pair of jeans showed up and they fit perfectly. Being the stickler for details, I wanted to adjust the jeans “just so” and asked if this was too much trouble. I went back and forth with customer service over email, shared some photos, and a second pair of jeans arrived at my doorstep.....wait for it.....PERFECT!! I’m not just talking about decently close to perfect, these jeans may have well been tailored to fit me direct. Very pleased. BLUF: I’ve only purchased jeans, I’m getting ready to go down the path of shirts and see what happens, but I’m HIGHLY optimistic and cannot wait to see what arrives!! The clothes fit perfect! The shirt felt really good and I was happy with the untucked looked. The pants I was very skeptical because I have struggled finding good pants due to large quads and rear end. I would usually by a bigger waist and sometimes loose jeans just so they would fit. Once I tried them on, it was perfect and felt good and I was able to move freely with ease! I know now where I am getting all of my clothes from now on.
I’m so happy I tried M: the best fitting Jeans I ever had and I’m 86 years old So that says a lot.
