Saw M Tailor on shark tank. Thought there was no way your phone could capture all of the measurements of your body for clothing. First shirt arrived and fit like a glove. 5’11 1/2 180 lbs. Going to order jeans and a few other items. If they come in perfect then I will be a life long customer. Pricing is fair. Shorts are little pricey. I also hope the shorts are truly tailored and tapered. Very few shorts fit me. They need more selection on shorts. Thanks
The shirt and pants fit perfectly. If there are any fit issues you can get the measurements adjusted and remade free.
I ordered two shirts and a suit. And despite my tag line none of it was perfect. The suit jacket was great, the pants were unbuttonable. The shirts were close, but the neck was tight enough to make me look like Mr Mackey! Here is why I give them five stars. THEY OWNED IT...and kept me in constant contact through the process. They told me to go ahead and keep the ill fitting shirts (they fit for a casual look) and remade one...the remade shirt fit perfectly and they are now working on the second one (now that we know they have the fit down) The suit was unfortunately unworkable for me. It’s tough to tell what a metrial really feels like until you touch it. Unfortunately I have an extremely furry cat and the material seemed to pull it in like a magnet. Again, they owned it! They offered to try again and let me keep the suit...I decided to send it back for a refund. As there message states...if you don’t like it you get your money back. The only question asked was ...Can we fix it for you? I will definitely be buying here again!
My son is only 5’2”, so he has a 26” inseam, something like that. Impossible to find pants/jeans that fit. With M Tailor, it was so easy from taking the video to getting emails about the process and we had jeans that fit in 1-1/2 weeks! My son was thrilled! Thank you M Tailor for making it so easy, and for making my son so happy!
App measurements work pretty well, and customer service is very responsive to requests for changes.

She emailed me the day they arrived to check if they fit, and when a shirt was a little too small, she was with me every step of the way to make a free remake—which worked! The company’s support has been a master class in how to take care of customers.
I’m a short guy with an athletic build. 18 inch neck, 33 inch sleeve. I cannot wear button down shirts off the rack. Most shirts off the rack are like wearing drapes. I prefer a tailored fit and like the idea of customizing the cuffs and buttons. I’ve been using MT for years and all of my work shirts are exclusively MT. I do have tailored shirts, but these cost twice as much as MT. I’ve had a couple of remakes over the years and the team at MT has been very responsive and prompt in replacement. I haven’t tried any of their other products yet.
It’s the real deal. Sounds to good to be true, but the App delivers on it’s promise. My pants fit perfectly and I’m not an off the shelf size. I’m going to order more in the future.

I thought I would try this out because I was intrigued by the photo measuring tool. I ordered a pair of jeans. They arrived and fit, but the style was a problem. I am 5’ 10” and 240 lbs, so pear-shaped. The standard jean style has a short rise from crotch to waistband; on me that all stayed parallel to the ground with my belly hanging over my belt. I contacted Customer Service, sent a few pictures and they offered a remake increasing the rise by three inches. The remake jeans have arrived and I couldn’t be happier with the fit. So I just ordered two more pairs. (My wife is very complimentary that these fitted jeans look much better than the baggy ones I had gotten used to wearing.)
I’ve always had trouble finding jeans that fit. Butt too baggy. Waist too loose. Legs too baggy and too long. The jeans I ordered fit perfectly. Couldn’t ask for more. I will never buy jeans OTC again. Mtailor is the way to go, especially for the hard to fit.
