This was my first experience with MTailor. Two pairs of jeans, one black, one blue were ordered, and they fit fairly well although there were some tight spots in the waist and legs. MTailor wasted no time. making adjustments and getting me out replacement pieces. In addition, the lady that helped me - Tracy - did so with an awesome and positive attitude and follow the order through all the way until the new piece was delivered. I am convinced that this is the way Plan on doing so in the future
I ordered a suit for my brother who had just been released from the hospital and needed a suit for my son's formal wedding. Shopping in a store would have been impossible. He had seen your commercial on TV while in the hospital and we decided to give it a try. Taking his measurements was so easy and fast and his suit was delivered at the time it was promised. He was very happy with the cut, fabric and the color of blue was beautiful. We are 100% pleased! A great way to shop for custom made.
M Taylor did an excellent job and after making two modifications I now have the perfect fitting shirts. They were professional and kind enough to work through the adjustments. I have been paying $160 per shirt for custom shirts for several years and these shirts are as good or better at only $89 each. And the material is better quality too. An excellent value for great fitting shirts.
For everyday wear at decent prices, you’re not going to find better I don’t think. The customer service is also fantastic. They stand by their clothing. I once purchased a blazer that happened to be a little long and I got it altered locally. When they emailed to ask how it fit I told them it was a bit long. They insisted on reimbursing me, and did. Everything else I’ve purchased from them has been perfect.
