I tried MTailor early on for shirting. I was really impressed with the algorithm (super easy, worked great, just make sure you follow the directions), but I wanted a little more in custom shirting so I moved on to other platforms. I came back when they started expanding to jeans, chinos, and casual clothing and I really like it. The app is easy, quality is good for the price point, and customer service is awesome.
I love getting well made cloths that fit perfect. I straddle the big and tall and normal sizes. So can’t usually find great fits. MTailor make my clothes to my size so all I have to do is find what I like. It takes a few weeks to for the clothes to arrive but man. I feel like a million bucks when I wear them
Originally ordered a suit which is the best fitting suit I own! After that experience, I ordered jeans and some dress shirts. The jeans fit well. My first shirts needed a few adjustments, the remakes arrived quickly, and now fit perfectly! The team at MTailor are prompt and ensure I’m completely satisfied with my orders.
I have ordered many shirts of all styles and love the fit of all of them. Ordered my first pair of jeans, (I’m very difficult to fit) just to try my luck. I will say that I had to use the remake process after receiving the first order but….it was very easy process and well worth it. I now have the best fitting jeans I have ever had! Ordering more!!
I just ordered another pair of slacks and they fix perfectly. In the past, I have had to reorder a pair of jeans that did EXACTLY what they said they would do. Had a new pair made without any problems or hassle. I highly recommend them. Have not been disappointed
I have now gone to MTaylor for all of my clothing needs. I started with dress shirts then on to jeans, T shirts, polos, chinos and even a tuxedo.
I buy all my dress shirts and polo shirts here. Amazingly perfect fit and so easy to order new shirts. I love that I don’t have to worry about the fit of new shirts once you get the fit correct. They are very responsive to feedback and make sure they get your size perfect. Tried the pants and did not love them as much as the shirts, but still giving it five stars for the shirt experience.
I’ve struggled to find shirts that allow the neck to button but don’t have a huge middle to billow out like a sail. MTailor has worked some magic and solved that problem. I measured at home and it was an easy process. I did adjust the sleeve length before I placed the order (I knew what I liked!). I ordered in early December and the shirt arrived about 3 weeks later, quick despite the holiday rush. It was nicely packaged and the fabric was as nice as I expected. The best part was the fit — it’s perfect! I received email the next day inquiring about the fit and offering to make any changes, but none were needed. I am very pleased with my MTailor interactions and will be ordering again.
I was skeptical but this turned out to be a really cool experience. The app was super easy. The first suit delivered was a little too big. I sent them a few pictures and within a day their group responded and made a few sizing tweaks and sent a new suit for me. I didn’t even have to return the other suit. The second suit fit like a glove and was perfect. The beauty of that is they saved my measurements so my next suit should be perfect. This was a great way to buy a suit that fits and looks great. Nice quality and construction. Excellent customer service. And I never had to leave my house. I will buy another suit from them for sure.
I’m an odd shape, more like a fire hydrant. They fit me with a dress shirt that fits perfectly. Most off the shelf shirts are a ball gown. I can’t give more stars than five but I would!!
