I was very hesitant to use a virtual tailor. My suit was a little small in a few places and they fixed it at no additional cost and it fits perfectly! I highly recommend the wool suit.
I have been using MTailor for over a year. The app scanning technology is great. If you get the item and want to tweak the fit they offer free one time remakes. Take photos of the fit and they will recommend the adjustments. The nice bit is next time your order a like item the new fit will be sent. Great product and great customer service.
At first I was ver skeptical about it. My body size is between medium and large, but because of my neck size I have to buy extra large shirts if I wanted button up, but not anymore! After receiving my shirt and tried it on, the skepticism went out the door, it fits me perfect, this shirt is worth every penny. Can’t wait to place my next order.

I purchased a large order of shirt recently and after wearing one of them and having it professionally cleaned I noticed a defect in the shoulder stitching. I contacted MTailor Customer Service and they responded immediately to resolve the defective dress shirt with a new one. I will continue to use MTailor to purchase my cloths. I’ve purchased a few pairs of jeans and a button down shirt. Great quality and the fit is perfect. Customer service is also fantastic and handles remakes if the item doesn’t fit perfectly quickly and easily.
I was skeptical but wanted to a pair of jeans customized because I am tired of them not fitting properly with my body type…+50 yrs. When they arrived they didn’t fit properly. A remake was issued and I received excellent customer support throughout the process to include taking photos and explaining my issue. Phenomenal! They arrived and they fit, especially after a wash! I only dry them for 10 min and air dry them.
