My husband is extremely difficult to fit, 6'6" with a super long torso. We were very sceptical but thought we had nothing to loose since they accept full price returns. We did the measurement video and our shirt arrived 3 weeks later... best fitting shirt he has ever had. It is now his favorite and we just order a full suit for him. He is very excited for it to arrive. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!
