I'm a big guy and I was shocked at how accurate the shirts fit. The jeans were a bit big on me but they remade them for free with no hassle. I can't wait for my suit. Never going to an off the rack store again. Very happy with customer service and the return policy is fantastic.
Took a chance on this app after reading an article about it in an in-flight magazine. The shirt fit me perfectly! I'm a convert and can't imagine buying a shirt from anywhere else. I've got more compliments for the shirt than any other shirt I own...and I believe that is because it fits me like it was made for me...oh wait, it was! Just try it once!
I have monkey arms on a fairly standard medium body. Every other dress shirt I own ends about 2 inches short of my wrist unless I go with large, then I look like a sugar glider. I was skeptical the shirt would fit proper, but it fits AMAZING. Feels good, looks good. No excess fabric in the back and sleeves are proper length. It does feel super awkward to take the video of yourself for their measurement, but absolutely worth it. After that it's easy to place and track your order. The only thing I would like to see is a description of the clothes/weaves as I spent an inordinate amount of time on Google reading what each type meant and whether or not it would be what I would want for my purposes.
