I am typically skeptical about ordering clothing on line , I almost never get the proper fit . Yes ! , even with M Taylor, I received 4 pair of jeans that were to tight , to short , and hard to zip up , I blamed M Taylor only to discover that I put on 18 pounds 😩 . The customer service was quick to respond, I spoke with a human , and the matter was resolved immediately. I rarely write reviews, but this company is 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 .
I ordered a couple of shirts off MTailor and screwed up my address by forgetting to put my apartment #. MTailor responded quickly and sorted out my issues, and even helped to resolve my problem after USPS had lost one of the shirts. All around amazing support! At 5’8 most shirts I buy are either too big (medium) or too small (smalls), the shirts I ordered off MTailor fit great and feel good! I got compliments at work at how nice they look. I have no complaints and I’m sure I’ll be ordering more.

App is a great way to get custom clothes as far as I can tell by my use. Recommend ~ free returns so cant be beat for trying that price for custom..

Absolutely fantastic and easy customer service. It takes a while to get the fit just right, I had pants re-made 3 times before they got them just right but it’s well worth it!
