It’s not everyday a company says something that turns out to actually be true. MTailor is truly the perfect fit. I personally have broader shoulders, a thicker neck and long arms but a smaller waistline so most of my shirts that fit those three areas are HUGE on my mid section and it looks like I’m wearing a tent. MTailor got it spot on, the only regret I have is that I didn’t order all my shirts at once and take advantage of the 20% off code for first time buyers. I ordered 1 shirt as I was skeptical that it would actually fit the way they said it would but when I put it on I was blown away.. just ordered 5 more shirts today! Will never buy another shirt anywhere else.

So far my experience with these guys has been excellent. Even though it has taken a couple of attempts to get my stuff to look perfect they have come through with nothing but the highest level of customer service. These guys have got the “Customer for Life” thing going good. Buy without fear!

The very first shirt I order came to me wrong , but the they made me another shirt and this time it fit great as a matter of a fact I have it on right now, and I just order another one, I love this place , no more going to the mall , driving wasting my gas and time, I can get what I need at home,at work or anywhere,. Where have this company been all my life, tailored made shirts at Department store prices.
The process went well. It’s best to set up the application before you set up an account. I’m amazed of the process. Little skeptical but looking forward to getting the shirts and looking forward to them fitting perfectly.

I am typically skeptical about ordering clothing on line , I almost never get the proper fit . Yes ! , even with M Taylor, I received 4 pair of jeans that were to tight , to short , and hard to zip up , I blamed M Taylor only to discover that I put on 18 pounds 😩 . The customer service was quick to respond, I spoke with a human , and the matter was resolved immediately. I rarely write reviews, but this company is 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 .
I ordered a couple of shirts off MTailor and screwed up my address by forgetting to put my apartment #. MTailor responded quickly and sorted out my issues, and even helped to resolve my problem after USPS had lost one of the shirts. All around amazing support! At 5’8 most shirts I buy are either too big (medium) or too small (smalls), the shirts I ordered off MTailor fit great and feel good! I got compliments at work at how nice they look. I have no complaints and I’m sure I’ll be ordering more.
