Anytime I try to purchase clothing "off the shelf" its a disaster for me. It is either have my shirts and suites hand made or just roll with it. My first experience with Mtailor and the AI program was smooth and easy. I had doubts, doubts about how the fit would be, as well as the look and feel. Overall; very please to say that the total experience, start to try on including quality, was great.
I'm a high school music teacher and needed to find something that could be great for work as well as events and concerts. Shirts never fit. Especially with a tie. I tried several custom fit online custom fit short makers and this one I was most skeptical about. Out of all of them, this one was perfect. The others? Unwearable. Its scary how perfect the fit was. I usually don't wirte reviews. Only reason I am now is that I hope the stay in business. My fat neck and short arms need them!
Well fitting clothes for people who are willing to pay more. Most of my friends balk at paying more than $35 for a pair of jeans. Personally, having been buying a pair of $90 Luckys a year since 2014, I don't find the cost unreasonable. The material is better, the jeans last years longer, and the fit is more flattering. I (almost) say the same thing for MTailor. I have only been wearing them for a few months now so i can't attest to longevity but they look and feel great.
Everything I have ordered from these folks has been perfect. Haven't had a remake yet. It's the easiest way for me to shop pants especially. Spent a lot of time in fitting rooms with disappointing results. This is super fast and easy. Lily is a great help, too. Anything you need help with, she's the one to ask. Thanks guys 👍
I'm not a big online clothes shopper. I'm 5'11" and 162 lbs. Generally, finding shirts in the right length means baggy sleeves. Sleeves that fit meant I was wearing a crop top. Neither look good. I came across this app and thought I'd try it out. The shirt fit great, and the compliments poured in the next day. Even after a wash cycle, I didn't notice any shrinkage in the material. This app is the intersection of convenience, made-for-you fit and reasonable cost. It can't replace the experience and customization of truly bespoke clothing, but so what? You can get a few well-fitting pieces easily, at not too terrible a cost. Also, I have had good experience with their customer service. I wish there were more fabric/pattern choices, but it's nice that the selection changes frequently. I recommend giving it a try if you ever struggle to find properly fitting clothes.
MTailor's team did an overall good job with my first order, pants. My first pair came in and was too big, but even before then one of their reps followed up with an email checking in on me. I emailed them back after I tried on the pair and gave them my feedback and pictures (their request) and from that they gave new measurements and made and sent the remake (which was free). The remake fits extremely well and I'm very happy about it. MTailor doesnt even require you to send back the failed attempts. They allow you to do what you want (donate, give to someone, etc). The company is very friendly with good customer service and the app is easy to use. The only complaint I have is that they say you can just take off the layers of the area youre shopping for (aka only take off shirts for chest measurements or only take off pants for leg measurements), but this leads to inaccurate measurements so I think they need to have it so its just the minimal clothing all around because loose areas of my shirt caused my measurements to br inaccurate to begin with.
