I knew if it seemed to good to be true, then it was. BUT, this time I was WRONG. While the original measurements were a little off, after sending a picture with the pants on the results were awesome. The fit was perfect, better than any we have ever purchased off the rack. The length was perfect and I am told these were extremely comfortable. Then top it off with the personalized monogram. I love it love it love it love it LOVE IT!! Thank you MTailor you are now my new go to. I no longer need to shop around.
I'm extremely impressed with MTailor! I was skeptical based on wondering how a phone could measure me so well. My suit fits absolutely perfectly which is a challenge since I am very short. They make it clear that if there are any problems they will remake it or refund. But there were absolutely no problems and they even monogram for free! Good job MTailor and thank you
Downloaded the app and got my first shirt in. The fit? PERFECT. This is the first tailored shirt I've ever owned. I had zero issues with the app. It was easy to follow and understand. I typically wear a men's 2XX in shirts and they're baggy or tight in the wrong places. But with MTailor, the cut was spot on. Will be buying from again. Can't wait to try pants!
Gave these guys a shot, seemed like a cool idea and I'm really hard to fit for jeans. Got the first pair and they were too big in the waist. Sent in some pictures, got them remade and the second pair fit perfect! Will reorder! The company is super easy to deal with and you don't have to worry if they don't come out perfect the first time.
Great fitting clothing and excellent customer service! My first shirts fit great on the first try. My shirts are comfortable and look great. My first pair of pants needed to be redone once to get the size just right, but the customer service team was helpful and the fit is perfect now. I started in 2018, and continue to order all my work shirts, khakis and jeans from MTailor.
Great experience. I really was leery when I first tried this app, but, yes, it really works. I had to do a little tweaking from the initial measurements before I ordered my first shirt. It came in almost perfect, but they reached out and offered to re-make it. I had it remade and the second one is absolutely perfect! I am definitely ordering more now that we've got my specific size on file. Ten out of ten would recommend.
Amazing Customer service!! Mtailor Is simply a fantastic company to work with. I recently ordered some t-shirts which were great but I needed a slight adjustment. I emailed them and in just hours, I received a reply. They offered to remake the original ones for free but I declined as I had already had them altered but also didn't feel it was their fault. Anyway, I provided the adjustments I wanted and ordered a new set which just arrived, perfect I might add. Never had a better experience!
I purchased a pair of jeans a shirt and a t-shirt. I received the package two weeks after order. The fit was insanely good, still can't believe it took only few shots with camera to get such accuracy. Highly recommend. There is a lot of style choices for clothes and a possibility of free remake. One caveat the app UX is not great and there is a lot of room for improvement.
I placed my first order for a button-down shirt and a pair of jeans. upon arrival, the fit was perfect on both pieces. I didn't like the weight of the shirt. I submitted a concern and began a very well managed communication with my CS rep. Sheena handled everything professionally. Her ideas and information satisfied my issue. I just placed my second order. I will add that the technology Mtailor uses to acquire measurements is impressive.
Excellent product and software. The most difficult part is entering your credit card number. When my first purchase came in I 💯 expected to have an issue to get reworked; quite surprised when the pants fit like a glove. I've always had trouble fitting into normal sizes due to larger calfs but this fit perfectly. I would t be surprised if I buy all of my pants from MTailor going forward. One note: it takes about 2 weeks to receive order after sizing and purchase, so plan accordingly.
So the app itself is solid and works as advertised–for the most part. Critical to follow the directions EXACTLY. Even so, the rise in the jeans I ordered was a bit too low, and the legs a bit too short. Yes, you have to actually send them a couple of pics so they ACTUALLY SEE WTH you're talking about. Some of the reviewers here shed tears over sending MTailor a couple of photos to refine the fit, when it's clear the reviewers phone has a built-in camera or they wouldn't have been able to use the app. I don't know what some folks expect, but I like chewing my own food and wiping my own . . mouth. (O: Even with these shortcomings (pun) the jeans fit better than most of the store-bought ones I've had. They reached out to me; I didn't have to reach out to them. How many retailers have followed your purchase to see if you're satisfied? Yeah. There you go. They reviewed the photos and made some suggestions which are nearly identical to what I thought should happen. They are remaking both pairs of jeans with the changes, and are not requiring me to send back the old ones or pay for shipping. Again, how many retailers have gone to these lengths to see you satisfied? Yeah. In short: like all the other software ever made, the app is not absolutely perfect, but unlike all the other software ever made, it comes close. It is however the service that puts the thing over the top.
Update: While I was very happy with the re-make of my jeans, after I wore them a few times, I felt that they were a little tight. I contacted MTailor- and after discussing where adjustments needed to happen, they made a 3rd pair! At no additional cost! I've worn that pair a few times now- and it's a much better fit! MTailor keeps all of my measurements on file, so all future orders will be perfect! Original post: Using the app was a very fast process. Having a stand for my cell phone was helpful. Within a few minutes, I was able to provide all the info they needed. I ordered one pair of the skinny jeans, pale blue. The color of the jeans and thread was exactly as portrayed in the app. The fit was close- but not good enough. MTailor has excellent customer service. They reply exceedingly fast to email questions, and they offer a free remake if the first pair isn't right. I was asked to provide photos and an explanation as to why I was unhappy with the fit. Their customer support rep made the adjustments to the second pair- and it is a perfect fit! I've never had jeans fit this well and look so good on me. I understand that if I was unhappy with the fit of the remade pair, I could return it for a full refund. But no need to do that- I'm keeping these, and will definitely order more in the future. PS: the included mask is a wonderful gesture.
