My experience: Order arrived in around 2 weeks, which I think is reasonable for a custom shirt. I am completely satisfied with the fit and fabric. The but is for the overall value. Why are they offering standard white dress shirt for $89 when some of the other shirts they offer are $69. FYI they on Shark Tank and pitched the company as being able to sell shirts at $69. You can buy a comparable quality shirt from Nordstrom Rack for $35. Three stars just because price is on the high side... better pricing and I would give it 5 stars. Update... they were offering 3 white shirts when I wrote my original review, all priced at $89. Now there are 5 shirts offered at guess what? ... $89. Update. I bought a white shirt heavy weight fabric and is shrunk to the point where I can’t wear it. Beware they have a very limited warranty/return policy. When I inquired about a return I was told that I was past the 90 day warranty so they would not be able to help me. Do not order the heavy weight fabric and make a note on your calendar to double check your shirt prior to the end of the 90 day window.
This app and the measuring process is not friendly for those of us with special needs. People in wheelchairs cannot use the app and those of us with arthritis and other physical impairments have difficulty bending over to place the phone on the ground. There should be an option to allow us to place the phone higher up off the ground. Until this app no longer discriminates against a specific group of people, I won’t be using it or ordering from this company.
Just watched your shark tank episode, and decided to look you up to see where you’re at now. I am currently looking at the app to see if I can get anything for my boyfriend. I think you have a huge opportunity in the female clothing industry. Everything I try is misshapen and doesn’t fit correctly. Also many things are much more cropped than I want them to be. But female clothing also can’t be too shape-fitting, because then it’s seen as “slutty”. I think if you got into women’s clothing you could really go big. You could have options to have a shirt shorter or longer (cropped, medium cropped, or not cropped), and fitted, medium fitted, or not fitted.
Step further back than what looks right.
Not great
I first saw this on Shark Tank I liked it
Not a very wide section of styles and colors. The Ad push notifications suck too.
Look, I understand the gain from sending push notifications. It just felt unnecessary sending reactivation pushes within days of downloading.
Would have ordered it if i could choose the texture of the shirt. The zoom wasn't detailed enough. Couldn't really see the fabric well
VERY EXPENSIVE. I can buy two shirts from any clothing store i want and i will send them to a tailor to make them fits just right on me and it will be less expensive than buying one shirt from this app.
Not what I would expect for a bespoke suit. No trouser tailoring options and pretty limited jacket options. I've had many bespoke suits tailored over the years and there is some pretty basic stuff missing for suits of this price point.
OK, I saw you on Shark Tank, downloaded your app, and gave it a try. I just uninstalled the app. Here's why: 1. You don't explain much about the fabrics, etc. You've decided to do this totally on the phone, but that really limits the knowledge base you provide. If you integrated your website better, you could offer education for the customer who doesn't really understand dress clothes. It makes me wonder how many of your returns are because of fit, and how many are because the shirt didn't meet the consumer's expectations. What if I thought pinpoint was one thing, bought the shirt, and found out I was wrong? The better you allow your customer to educate themselves up-front, the greater their satisfaction will be after the order is fulfilled. Wouldn't a drop in returns as low as 1, or 2% go directly to your bottom line? 2. There are too many shirts to scroll through. Let the customer choose a style, collar, fabric, etc, then give them a vast array of colors to choose from. 3. I guess you're trying to stop people from just using your app to get their measurements for free, but I can't see spending 70+ bucks on a shirt without knowing what size I'm ordering first.
