Clothes are great, they really do fit amazingly. However, the user experience of the app needs polishing.
The "20% more accurate" is bogus (watch YouTube reviews; first shirt often needs remake). You pose/send photos in your underwear for no reason. It took three tries to get a good fit, but their customer service team is top notch and they took care of me for having to go through that process. Ultimately, I'm GLAD I did, as I can simply order a shirt anytime and know it's going to fit well. "Non-Iron" is kinda b.s. I might not have to iron fresh out of the dryer, but you will when traveling.
App is okay. Excellent choices and cool customizations. If you already know your measurements or you're buying for someone else and know theirs, you don't have the option of skipping the measurement process. It's a huge pain. Prices are inaccessible to most people.
Can't believe that there is no option for just a plain black shirt. I mean really? Black is probably the first color they should've added being that its universal and one of the most popular colors for a dress shirt.
The sensor I the Nexus 6 is apparently too sensitive for the app. It jumps around when trying to do the video.
Love the app and the service, but I just got a notification "reminding" me to buy a shirt. Not cool. Turn off the spam and I will switch to higher rating.

get the delivery time frame down and I'll update. not going to pay $70 for a shirt, wait 7 weeks, just to find out it doesn't fit and have to wait again.
I love the idea, and would use the crap out of it but nobody is going to wait 7 weeks for a shirt. You should have taken the debt to find loss-making sales while you built a customer base, or just licensed and sat on a beach. I can't use this now and I have no reason to keep the app, and I'll probably forget about it. It's a shame. Now someone else will just do it.
Yea I'm not sending a shirtless or form-fitting clothes (I do not have) video to a stranger. Never gonna happen
