Good luck if you change addresses. They basically charge you and ship it wherever you cannot change the address if you move unless you buy something and it will most-likely not update. Once the order is created you cannot change addresses regardless of if it is shipped yet (was 10-day before shipping when I requested an address change). Customer service is non-existent so good luck if there's a problem.
Not good for fatties, just go to a proper tailor. You can't change the fit/cut of the clothes. It's what they think is tailored and that's it. Clothes are tight and jeans fit like a pair of women's leggings. Tried to change measurements by asking them to add an inch here or there for the next pair, wouldn't do it. Could only make adjustments via pictures. Save your money.
Was hoping to get a great deal on custom-tailored clothing but wound up wasting a great deal of time. Garbage app riddled with errors. It took 20 minutes of opening/cosing the app to get past the initial male/female prompt. I'm a size 31 or 32 waist, but my "custom fit" recommended waist size was a 52! Unless you're planning on gaining (or losing) weight, don't waste your time. MTailor, do us all a favor and hire a competent software engineer to improve your body-scanning algorithm.
For the app, it apparently didn't measure me correctly. When I tried to contact the company or use a feature in the app, a browser window would open taking me to their website where I would have to log in again. The app is useless. The jeans were sewn crooked and twisted in the abdomen making them uncomfortable. I had them remade and ended up with the same result. Customer service focused on fit and refused to admit error in sewing and measuring feature, that caused the twist in both pairs.
