The app seems OK but the clothes I received didn't fit at all. They were WAY too big. The waist was 4-6 inches too big. They offer a free remake but I would have to take multiple pictures and send them to them to remake the clothes, but the problem with that was that the pants would not even stay up and drop to the ground because they were so big. I had no way of taking the pictures because of that. I requested a refund and after a few back and forth they offered me to return for a refund.
Great idea, poor execution. Got the app, went through the process, got the clothes (2 pair of jeans). Everything was fine until I opened the bag. The fabric is VERY cheap and thin! It didn't feel like denim, which is what you think you'd be getting when you purchase jeans. The fit was a tad small too. I emailed CS, they offered a free remake (with same material) which I declined for a refund. I really think this company would KILL IT if they used top quality materials. Until then, uninstalled.
Saw ad during Lakers game touting how easily the app measures you for the perfect fit. I wasted five minutes just trying to find that feature, but never did because it just kept pushing me to shop and buy. So now I'm deleting the app. It's a great lesson on how to do a horrible job coordinating app development with advertising.
Can't log in to Android app, Can't save measurements because I can't log in. Buggy, useless. Too bad because I was going to order a new tailored wardrobe. I have reached out for support, who asked for screenshots of error messages that I am not getting, because the app just crashes at any login attempt and then crashes every restart. Clear cache, clear data, restart device, fresh install, same issue. Multiple attempts. Support suggested I try another device. Unacceptable level of support for app
The $79 price for Jean's is not accurate. $79 is the price for a very few not popular colors. If you want the regular medium blue it's $99. Other colors run as high as $119. Deceptive advertising. I am not putting up with this company. Be honest and up front guys !!!! Uninstalling.
Avoid this company like the plague. The "high tech" measurements were mostly wrong, they were very late with my order and, despite the verbiage in their app, they have been overall unresponsive to my request items.
The use of the app is fine. The quality of clothes and fitting are not. I waited a while to write a review, but the quality is down right awful. After 6 months or so. Neck on t-shirt looks like I slept in it for a week. The polos are poor quality as well. You can find much better options at your general clothing stores. For the cost, just not worth it.
Gets to the point where it is supposedly going to measure you, and tells you repeatedly to step back until the phone can see all of you, but never actually activates the camera; the screen remains black. They sure are spending a lot on TV advertising for this app; maybe they ought to spend some on the programmers?
i ordered almost 1500 in clothes, a new suit, dress pants and jeans. the app boasts that its 20% more accurate than a tailor, when the clothes showed up they were around a xl to xxl and i wear medium to small. the jeans are around a 38 and im a 30 to 32, i had them remake and they said they were going to take off a inch and a half, i explained that's not nearly enough and the remakes showed up again huge. i demanded a full refund and they ghosted, it's been several days now. don't buy this
downloaded this app to look at Jeans for the price of $79.... but the trick you by showing normal blue jeans in the TV ad for $79 but they are really $119. 😑 $79 is already expensive enough. but you can only get colors nobody wants for $79. you act like a different color fabric like normal color blue jeans (most common jean color fabric) cost you guys some crazy high amount of money so you charge us more? hahaha. dont waste your time like I did to just be disappointed in the end. UNINSTALLING!!
Whatever the issues or successes with the clothes buying process of this app, for some reason it will randomly seize control of my phone. I will be doing something else entirely when suddenly everything will close, including hanging up calls, and a browser window will open and the MTaylor website will load. And I can't close it or do anything else with my phone until it is done loading. I've uninstalled this app but the problem persists. I will likely need to restore my phone to factory.
Garbage, Unusable App - Inaccurate Measurements - I originally made 2 recordings of myself for good measure (no pun intended). Fast forward 2 weeks later, and I'm checking on my order. It turns out it was cancelled. I was accused of not being in frame the whole time by customer service, who asked me to film another video. I made another video, this time receiving blatantly absurd measurements from the AI. Don't waste your time.
