I ordered a pair of jeans through the phone app but they were a little too big around the waist. Probably because I worn a baggy shirt? Anyway, I contacted the company and spoke to Rob, he worked with me to redo another pair and they are PERFECT! They didn’t ask for the other pair back; said I could donate them. I will definitely order again. Rob promptly answered my emails and was very nice. Very cool that a company will back up their product without hassle.

I recently took a leap of faith and purchased clothing online which required relying on sizing technology using my iPad, via MTailor. I can happily report that the jeans I received fit great and were on point. The clothing fit well in all the right places and I’m extremely satisfied. I highly recommend using MTailor, whether close to a mall or challenged in a rural setting with few shopping options. Huge “gold star” for the company, and will definitely shop again.

I really can’t say enough for this company and their app. If you buy from them, they will make it fit great. It might take a remake or two for them to zero it in, but you’ll have perfectly tailored clothing once the company has your fit how you want it. The best thing is that they encourage you to wash the clothes if you aren’t sure. To me this is super valuable because clothes will fit differently after being laundered. I’ve never had such perfectly fitting button up shirts and tees before.
My first pair wasn’t quite right - they remade them for free and the entire interaction was phenomenal. A year later I’m going back to order more clothes and finding the same great customer service experience to get my questions answered. I love a great app, and that’s all well and good... but a great app quickly goes bad if the support behind it isn’t high quality. That is not the case with MT. They are the real deal, and I’ll be a lifelong customer.
Well on a whim i downloaded this silly app and did my little twirly twirl in my skivvies and got a shirt that actually fit my block of a body. Always have been a gym rat and clothes are not made for my size. Or at least so i thought. In 5 weeks i received one of the best fitting shirts i ever had. I liked it so much my wife made me order more lol. Peace
I have been seeing commercials about custom jeans from M Tailor so I finally decided to give it a try. Well the first time They sent my jeans they were to big and didn’t fit quite right. It was partly my fault as I thought I needed higher waisted jeans. I was wrong. But I Emailed them and Trisha from customer service said no problem take some pictures so we can see how they fit and we will gladly make you another pair. So I did that . I sent the pictures and Trisha said okay and she wrote down measurements and said we will have them to you in two weeks. Exactly 2 weeks they were here and finished . They fit perfectly! Probably the best fitting jeans I’ve ever had. Try them you won’t be disappointed and the customer service is one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. Totally worth the money!
Was a bit skeptical. Was purchased as a Fathers Day gift. Took a few weeks for the first shirt. Love the cut. Fabric is awesome and light weight. I’ll be ordering a second one shortly.
