The measurements they took were dead on accurate, the fit is extremely comfortable, make me look better, so much so, that I wound up giving many old pairs of perfectly good jeans to Goodwill. They also have a very sensible length of manufacture/delivery time. Not only did they quickly address any minor problems – – but you always get a very prompt email from a real, caring human...this is what I call true “customer service”!

For older guys like me, it is great to get pants that doesn’t look like I am wearing dirty diapers. Customer service is the best. I recommend M-Tailor to all us older guys that need special attention to get the right fit.
My first shirt arrived but didn’t fit. I was disappointed but customer service took care of me. Very responsive. They had me try on the shirt and send them pics. After making adjustments they sent me a new shirt that fit perfectly. Their follow-up was outstanding and friendly. The fabric quality is top notch. I’m definitely ordering more shirts.
I did exactly as the site directed and when I got my jeans they weren’t exactly as I expected. But. They very kindly asked me to redo the pictures and took serious regard to my reflection on the boot cut style. They were so professional, well mannered, and respectful. The fit is great, but that’s not what blew me away. It was HIGH QUALITY, thick, 100% cotton fabrics. I look and feel like a million dollars.

Purchased a single pair of pants to give them a try. They said two weeks to delivery and it was almost exactly two weeks. Pants fit perfectly. Email question asking about purchasing more pants from my initial measurements was answered immediately. On a Saturday! More pants being ordered tonight!
I am very happy to report that my 2 shirts (white diamond Dobby and navy/cedar flannel) from MTailor fit beautifully. The shoulders, body length, arm length are as close to perfect as possible. Honestly, they the white Dobby looks better than a bespoke shirt I received a few weeks ago from a noted NYC tailor.
