I am a big guy and it took a while to get my arms accounted for and they just kept working with me to get it right. I think it was four times. I now have my first perfect shirt and I am ready to order more.

It’s the best fitting clothes you’ll get. I have anything but an off the rack body, so their service is a great value for me. You get custom adjustments, remakes that are free, free shipping and great customer service. Most of my items arrived a week before estimated delivery date. Only minor drawback is I wish they had more fabric choices or custom thread color on shirts.
This was my first foray into custom made clothing. I'm an odd size & off the rack shopping is a major frustration always requiring alterations, so MTailor was worth a gamble. I ordered two long sleeve polos after using the iPhone measuring app. The app is easy to use but the app didn't account for my barrel chest. The shirts arrived two wks later but were a little tight across my chest. Long story short they remade the shirts adding enough to account for my chest. No hassle no questions. Sheena, their customer service person, kept me informed, allowed me to make some additional changes and made sure I was satisfied with the polos. I'm very happy with MTailor and plan to order some slacks from them soon.
I now have two MTailor shirts and I’m pleased with them. It was very simple to get sized, order, and receive the shirts. The shirts fit really well. It is impossible for me to find pants in a store that fit. I have too much waist and my legs are too short. It has been many years since I found store-bought pants that I didn’t have to have tailored. I have bought a pair of khakis and two pairs of jeans in the past 3 years from MTailor, and they are the best fitting pants I’ve ever owned. The look slimming because they fit so well. The fabric and construction are excellent. The only thing to watch out for is the color of the fabric. My navy jeans are true blue, but the grey jeans aren’t a pure grey - there is some other color in there as well that are hard to identify. And my olive khakis aren’t a pure olive - there is some grey in the coloring. It has not been a problem for me to match shirts etc. to the pants, but if you need precise color to match your wardrobe, stick to navy and black.
I’ve always struggled to find dress shirts that fit my shoulders and neck without looking like a parachute at my waist. I ordered a custom shirt and it fits perfect. I ordered 2 more. Just recently ordered a pair of pants. They fit perfect, I ordered 2 more pair. Plan to change all my dress clothes over to MTailor.

This seemed like there is no way this would work. M best fitting shirts would be an ‘athletic’ cut because of my shoulder… good luck finding those. What I was left with were sleeves slightly too long and a bunch of extra shirt to figure out where to hide around back. I tried it out with a pair of jeans and a shirt. Tommy surprise, they fit perfectly. I have since gone back and basically did a wardrobe overhaul with some 30 items. They all fit perfect and fit nicely. Simply put, no disappointments and this is where I will shop from here on out!
My initial order was just a bit off in fit, but sending in a few pics and receiving an edited pair of pants nailed it. I then placed an order for 6 more and they are the best fitting pants I’ve ever owned. Incredible service and results. Lifetime customer from here on.
These are the first out of jeans that have actually fit me. I’m a former d1 football player and my proportions don’t always come in normal sizes at the store. When my girlfriend saw a company that tailored (literally and figuratively) towards my needs my girlfriend made me try it. I’ve bought multiple pairs of jeans (post wear and tear) and kept coming back. They’re elastic enough for comfortability and you can pull off wearing them to work (especially jet black, ecru, and grey).
Clothes fit great and I have for sure tested the “get it right” promise and they have delivered every time.
