Have to see in the company on Shark Tank many years ago I tried out with a shirt and it came out great and I’ll fast forward five years later I just bought a couple more shirts and I felt the sizing was a little off, so they are custom making it again with new iterations, and we are working very closely together. Mark and customer service is amazing. He is very responsive and very helpful and probably one of the best customer service member I have ever worked communicated. I will most likely be buying new shirts in the new year as I continue to go on my vacations and want to keep getting for new shirts and this company is great. Highly recommend!
Ordered 3 pair Jeans (diff colors). Black pair too tight after wash/dry several times. Remake requested and received in 10 days. Perfect fit!

For the first time in my life I had a pair of jeans that actually fit. These are the only pair I have that aren’t “daddy jeans” with a baggy butt and legs.

I’ve ordered in the past and have recently ordered more of the Tees. These shirts fit so comfortably. I love the colors. I love the attention to details. (Monograms). You take a short video of yourself. Don’t worry, the app instructs you how to do it. Pick the shirts or pants you want to order. And from that video they begin to manufacture the clothes based on your size and fit. Raises about two weeks from ordering to delivery. The best part is for example I wear in between a XL Tall and a L Tall. MTailor get it right every time. Worth every penny!!

I’m 6’5” and have so much trouble with length but especially the rise. I usually buy pants, have altered and even though not quite right keep them. My 1st order at MTailor was redone due to the “rise”. Order was quickly redone at no charge and was a perfect fit! I have ordered pants, jeans and shorts, all with a good fits. It’s great to know I can trust MTailor for fit, customer service and reasonable prices. I started off doubtful but now I’m a believer.

I’ve ordered shirts from them before and they fit perfect! I thought I’d give the suit a try, and let me say this… HOLY COW!! It was 1,000% perfect!! I know, $500 for a suit, but just think…. I’ve gone to Men’s Warehouse in the past and spent $800+ on a suit and the tailoring was horrible… This suit fit 100% perfect! No complaints whatsoever! If they did tailoring, I’d send in my whole wardrobe! Never ordering a suit from anywhere else!
I am 6’6” and slender and have always had trouble finding clothing that really fits me, especially shirts, without paying ridiculous prices. If I could find shirts long enough I ended up looking like a flying squirrel ready for flight, if they fit my chest then I looked like I was wearing my child’s shirt in the length. I took a chance with this app, did the measurements (convenient and easy), and ordered a few different types of shirts. Right after I tried them on I immediately went back in and placed a larger order.
