I've been an MTailor customer for a few years now. Love the customer service. Even moreso the dress shirts. I most recently ordered about 8 dress shirts. Prior I had asked if they can adjust the neck size. Quick response from MT to confirm it was no problem. Then after approximately two weeks, received my order and everything fit and looked perfect. Extra kudos from my wife as well! Also live the wide variety of colors and patterns. MT is my only place for dress shirts.
Can't say enough good things!! Doesn't disappoint! I have a very large neck and large frame but I am not obese. Even at Brooks Brothers and Armani I could not find a shirt with an 18.5 neck that was not a tent. I use this app out of desperation and found that the fit is the best I have ever had and the shirts are great quality. On top of that, they have gone out of their way to make sure that I am satisfied with my purchase, even emailing me directly from an actual representative. The best!
Great experience overall with exceptional customer service. It took a couple of times to get my shirt to fit properly, but they were great working with. Quality of shirts are really good. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.
This app is the best thing that happened to my boyfriend. He hates shopping and has a hard body to shop for (athletic, larger shoulders/chest, smaller waist line). The shirts fit PERFECTLY. The ability to create the style you want and material is worth every penny!! 13/10
I hate shopping for clothes. Mtaylor makes it so easy perfect to get clothes that actually fit. If the item does not fit they correct it. The whole process is very easy. Great customer service. Easy to use measuring app. I am totally happy.
On my bucket list was to get a tailored suit. Store bought suits look like something from the sixties with big shoulder pads. If I got something that fit my shoulders, I couldn't buttom the jacket. In come MTailor. I first tried a shirt. It was easy to do with the phone application and came quickly. I immediately got an e-mail asking if the shirt was OK. It was. Next, after saving up some extra money, I ordered a suit. Came quickly, shoulders fit great, and I could button the jacket. Pants fit but a little long. The follow-up e-mail came, and I sent some pictures. The support person, who was great, offered to have the suit remade citing some issues they saw with the jacket and the pants. So, they remade it. My remade suit arrived quickly and, magically, I have a perfectly tailored suit. I am happy. Only problem now is finding a place to wear my perfectly fitting suit in today's world of casual living. Oh well, Mother's Day is coming. I'll impress my wife by dressing up. Thanks, MTailor.
The fitting process took about 3 minutes from start to process. I was skeptical at first about it since it did not ask me my height or weight. The jeans I ordered came today and the fit was right on...around the waist as well as length wise. Highly recommend and customer service was friendly and not pushy.
Best shirts I've owned! Hands down the most comfortable shirts I've worn, the fabric is top quality and the cut is incredible. I am a big guy, 6'2" 275 lbs with big shoulders. So when I buy off the rack I'm grabbing a XXL, which is usually straight cut and looks like a tent since my waist is smaller than my shoulders. Being able to take a quick video, pick out my colors and details online and have custom shirts that fit great is simply awesome! Stop reading comments and get one already!
I'm usually so stressed about shopping for clothing, especially jeans. As a woman with a small waist and wide hips, it can be really difficult finding anything that fits me correctly. I'll be honest: the idea of using artificial intelligence to measure me and then to create clothing for me was odd. But good lord, I am so happy I tried it. I just got my jeans in today, and I tried them on. I'm so happy. They fit perfectly. I've never been so excited about a pair of jeans. Ladies: it's worth it.
very easy to use, only takes a few minutes. the shirt itself is very good! for a lanky guy at 6'2, it's impossible to find a good fitting shirt. they provide a good quality and perfect fitting shirt with great customer service as well.
I tried out MTAILOR because I had heard good things. Just got in my 1st order which is a pair of jeans. The quality is great and the fit is perfect!!! I also called the company to ask a question and I got a real person on the phone, which always makes things so much easier. I will definitely be ordering from here again!
I was very skeptical. I'm a big guy and finding clothes that actually fit is really hard. I ordered a tshirt and a dress shirt... just to try the app. M Tailor crushed it.
