This company is tops. Years ago on my first order, we had some bugs to work out (think user error). MTailor was so patient. After the third time, the jeans were just what I hoped they would be. I offered to pay for their hassle, but they wouldn't hear of it, but asked that I donate the jeans I couldn't use to a homeless shelter, which I did. I just received my latest order, and they are a picture perfect fit. Don't hesitate. If you need some comfortable, sharp-looking jeans, you need MTailor.
Perfect fit from the convenience of your home. Bought a shirt with a neutral color. Arrived a couple weeks later. The fit is slim but not tight, the lengths are just right, and the color is about what I expected. Everything is just what I was looking for.
Great service, the fabrics and fits are on point. The measurements work. I only had one style issue (I like my dress pants a little more tapered) but they were able to accommodate me and also fit perfectly.

I wasn't sure and thought I would give it a try. First time the measurements weren't quite right. I reached out and they redid them without any hassle. 2nd time I measured without a belt on and when I put a belt on it changed the length requirement, Totally my fault. They remade them again at NO Cost. tHe communicate well and there is always someone there to help virtually or in person. Lily is the greatest!!. Do it, You'll love it.
As a 5' 4" Male, getting jeans that fit is near impossible. I was pretty skeptical about whether MTailor could pull it off. Well, i took my measurement and received my new jeans yesterday, and... Perfect fit. I am very pleased. The only negative is that they don't share what your measurements actually are or the waist/inseam of the pants. I would like to know this info.
The App worked well and the entire online experience was very good. I received my clothing in a reasonable time and the shirt fit perfectly, wears well and was as expected. I will be back to purchase more clothing. This is a great service.
Great Clothes, Prices, & Service: Standard clothing sizes never fit me well. Custom tailoring is the obvious solution, but it's expensive. MTailor solved this with clothes made to my exact measurements at reasonable cost. I've bought 2 pairs of jeans, 2 polos, and 1 pair of chinos so far. The chinos weren't a perfect fit but not off by enough to request a remake. I did request minor adjustments on future chino orders. Without me asking they remade them at their cost. The new pair fits perfectly.
What can I say except they said I could order custom clothes through an app? So I did and they did. First time dress pants were a little off, but I really think that was my fault. They then asked for a picture with the ill-fitting pants, suggested changes, made them, and sent the 2nd pair promptly. Process really worked. Amazing how they do that. Intend to buy more.
I had a pair of the $99 jeans made. It took several iterations of the measurement sessions before I got it right because I was too close to my cell phone to get all of my 6 foot 1 frame into the picture. The jeans fit me perfectly and better than any other that I own. GREAT JOB Mtailor! These things fit my skinny, buttless body just right! I would recommend Mtailor to all and will be purchasing more pairs.
I saw the ad on TV and the first person that I thought of was my husband who has trouble finding jeans that fit. I was so excited to mention this to him for a birthday gift and he said yes we could try it but he wasn't so sure that it would work. We got the jeans customized for his taste in jean color and thread color and the straight leg and we got them on Friday. They fit him so well its unbelievable! Thanks!
I feel there customer service goes above and beyond to make sure you have product that fits. I have not ordered for a very long time but I decided to dive back in. I reached out and asked for assistance before my order. I sent comparisons of a MTailor shirt and another custom shirt. MTailor compared and adjusted my profile. They didn't tell me this is what you get so take it or leave it. I have long arms along with an athletic build. Custom shirts can cost the same or less than store rack. 5
