Was not sure what to expect. I was ultimately amazed. I sent no measurements. A short video is all they needed to deliver a perfectly fitting pair of pants. I will definitely use MTailor again.
So far, this app/company have shown to be one of the best in the business of clothing sales. I purchased a pair of jeans which were not quite right in their fit. So I talked w/ their support staff and they addressed my concerns and made a replacement pair at no charge. The new pair fit perfectly now. I'm looking forward to ordering my next pair as well as broadening out to try their shirts etc.
Because of my extremely short inseam, and older "poppi bod", I have not been able to buy pants off a rack since I was a very young man. I was skeptical that MTailor could fit me in a pair of pants by a video stream from my smartphone, so I ordered one pair. I just received them, and they fit perfectly!!! Well worth the cost. I immediately ordered two more pairs, and will order all pants from them from now on. I highly recommend MTailor!
I've had many shirts and pants made here. Very satisfied with the results. Their customer service is excellent and they took the time to correct the fit on anything I ordered that didn't look right. I recently ordered a suit and the fit was perfect! Highly recommend Mtailor because if you are a guy who has a hard time finding clothes that fit off the rack, they will make you look GOOD!
Great clothes and amazing customer service. The clothes are great, with such a diversity of colors and fabrics. When you email them they get back to you the same day. If something is too tight or too big they send out a new one free of charge. Best thing is it is so easy to update your size in the app. Did I mention the price point is 👍🏿 great!
I used them as the last resort. They should of been the first choice. Got a shirt that fit perfect when others couldn't come close. The quality was top shelf. I'll use them now to get all my shirts and then I'll do my pants with them as my Taylor of choice! I have a 20 1/4 neck with a 36 waist with long arms. I expect pants would be easy compared to the shirts.
I'm a big guy and have never been able to buy a suit off the rack and it look good. Most suits have an 8 inch drop between chest size and pant size. I have a 52 chest and 38 waist so my pants never looked right after having to be tailored down 4 to 6 inches. I was skeptical about using the in app measurement, but read reviews and decided to give it a shot. Hands down best fitting suit and shirts I have ever purchased! Highly recomend this company and will be using it again. Chad
It's actually pretty cool. I'm usually pretty self-conscious about going out to get measurements. This app eliminates everything even the hassle if looking for a decent tailor that may screw up your sizes. The technology behind this is truly helpful during this pandemic and everything is closed. I've been recommending this to all my friends.
Honestly.... The pants look great! I was extremely nervous at first and felt that the for wouldn't be right. I'm almost 7ft tall and 272 but a slender frame,so believe when in tell you I have gone through my whole life struggling to find clothes that fit. These pants fit GREAT. Expensive? Yes. But with it for wool. I was tired of buying cotton pants that fade every 2 months. I'm not sure how you did it but the length and waist is perfect.Overall 9.8 out of 10 for me. You won't be disappointed.
decided to try it out, a little different that you had to pick out what you want and then get measured, but i suppose if I'm getting it tailored i can pick whatever i want. clothes came in and they fit, never been to a tailor before, probably would've never gone to one, but this app works well enough that i don't think I'll have to any time soon.
Increased rating to 5 stars. I have since ordered numerous garments from MTailor. All have met or exceeded expectations for fit and quality. Fulfillment time has improved considerably, with my orders typically arriving comfortably within the advertised 2-week turnaround. __Updated Shirt quality was excellent. I've never worn an article of clothing that fit so well. I'm excessively tall at 6'9"which makes a good fit quite rare. Placed a second order. I will upgrade to 5 stars if the entire process takes less than a month, unlike my first order.
I was recommended to MTailor after a terrible experience with Harry's Suits and I was extremely skeptical of the ability of an app to take accurate measurements sufficient for a good fitting shirt. Boy was I wrong. I just received my first shirt from MTailor and could not be more pleased. Except for the collar being a bit looser than I normally like, the shirt was exactly perfect in every way. I liked it so much, I just bought a pair of dress pants to see if the app can do pants as well.
