The customer service at MTailor is excellent. I ordered a pair of jeans. They were perfect fit so I ordered a second pair. It is difficult to find French cuff shirts in any color except blue & white so next I ordered a custom shirt. I was unsure of the fit upon receipt so Rachelle of MTailor had me send her photos & she suggested adjustments. So I received a 2nd shirt, then a 3rd, & then a 4th. The remakes were free, the last shirt fits perfect, and I'll be donating the others. PERFECT SERVICE.
On a whim I gave this app a shot. I'd always wanted to try custom fit clothes and I order everything from the internet so it made sense. The process was easy, the customer service is very good and when my order arrived it contained the most comfortable pair of jeans I have ever worn. I highly recommend this app.
I downloaded this app a few months ago and have been buying clothes from here ever since. All the clothes I get through the app are the best fitting clothes I own! They are really flexible and generous in their return policy. If there is something you don't like or doesn't fit right you have 90 days to submit for a remake. All in all I've very much enjoyed my experience with MTailor.
I'm a very large athletic guy, it is very hard to find shirts that fit. I was a little skeptical but ordered one just to see. I couldn't have been more impressed with the product and even the packaging. I will definitely be ordering more in the future. They fit me perfect. Thank you. It's a year later and I ordered a few you more suits and shirts and I am still impressed with how they fit on arrival. I had an event coming up I asked if they could put a rush on it and they did got just in time
If you want something to be customized for your challenges because you end up having to go to a seamstress/tailor anyway when you buy from clothing stores, then you need to try this. The technology is amazing and really works when it comes to measuring you. Customer service is stellar if the result is not what you needed...they want to get it right for you without costing you more. My issue actually required 3 re-makes and once did need a border crossing fee during Covid-19, from the U.S. to Canada.
I love my new jeans. The fit was perfect on the first order and the fabric is very soft and comfortable.
Great company! There are still a few kinks to work out on the measuring app, but it basically worked and the company was GREAT to work with to get it exactly right. Pants that fit!!
I am a six foot one inch male who weighs 155 pounds with a 30-inch waist. Finding a pair of pants with a 30-inch waist and 34-inch inseam in a retail store is pretty much impossible. I heard about MTailor making custom-made clothes, so I downloaded the app and followed instruction for them, taking my measurement with my camera on my phone. So I ordered my Jeans and when they arrived theyfit perfectly . So I have a perfect place to buy my new clothes and I highly recommend MTailor.
I've ordered 4 different shirts from MTailor. I'm a skeptic when it comes to ordering online, but when that first shirt arrived, I put it on and loved how it fit me so much that I wore the shirt the rest of the day. Since then I've ordered a shirt every few months, receiving the last one today. As a side note, I went into men's wearhouse and ordered a custom shirt for $79 last month. It did not fit correctly when it came in. My tip: splurge on the higher end MTailor fabrics. So worth it!
Their setup process was as quick and easy as they say. I went through the simple steps to get a good fit. It all worked well, and the jeans are great. Also, the follow-up and customer service are the best I have come across. Thank you. I have already ordered a couple of new pairs.
Amazing. It works, full stop. I've never left a written review on here before. One shirt and one pant. Fit perfectly. I was surprised, thought for sure that a "remake" would be likely. Perfection, love it, I have drank the cool aid, time to order more lol
MTailor does exactly what they say they'll do. I have never had bespoke clothing in my life until now. This app measured me for jeans. They were pretty close, but not quite right. A bit too tight, and they showed my butt crack when I sat down. I sent them a picture. A second pair of jeans, at no additional cost, arrived. They fit perfectly. The waistline in back is higher than in front. They have a separate pocket for my cell phone, also at no additional cost. I recommend the Mtailor app.
