MTailor - imagine your whole life never being able to purchase any kind of clothes off the rack that fit. I am a 78 year old male. If I found a shirt that fit my body it was too small in the neck. I got the MTailor app took the measurements. The first shirt fit my boby but too small in the neck. I ordered some pants. When they came in they were tight in a few places but ok as I have dealt with that for years buying off the rack. MTailor contacted me asking how the fit was. I mentioned my issues. I took a few pictures with the pants on and they suggested changes. The replacement pants came in and they are perfect. They hang nicely and there are no tight spots. Great customer service. I ordered two more pair of pants yesterday and a polo.

I've used MTailor various times over 3-4 years and I'm just writing this because my recent order (after pausing for a couple years) was even better and simpler than when I used it before! The experience right from the start was easy and kind of fun. The customer service was excellent with details of what needed to be done when the initial video wasn't suitable. The pants fit perfectly and seem to be really great quality so far. Definitely looking forward to trying out a custom fit shirt next!
My first pair of MTailor jeans fit better than any pants I have ever worn. They did have a little extra material in the seat though. Mtailor remade a pair with some adjustments and sent me a second pair of pants for free! The second pair fits perfectly. The customer service was flawless. I highly recommend MTailor.
Amazing App!!! How they get my measurements from my phone must be wild! I have had a great experience. My shorts were too tight so i did a remeasure and they remade them. They are reasonably priced but not cheap at all. I probably threw on a little weight between my initial measure and them sending the first batch of shorts. i would highly recommend this app if you want some nice fitting clothes. Custom tailored!
Using MTailor is was a great experience. I'm 6'4" and lean, and standard shirts never fit me! The first shirt that they sent me was a little too tight around the shoulders. I sent them some pictures, and they sent another shirt which fit perfectly. I'll definitely be ordering many more shirts from them.
I never write reviews good or bad. I have to write. MTailor is the greatest dress shirt I have ever worn ad at a fraction of the cost of a typical retailer shirt. Due to Covid19 I had started a new career and could not purchase new french cuff dress shirts. I googled an app and MTailor stated that they could provide a custom shirt with my initials for $80 plus in which I would have normally paid at least $100 for a sale item at a regular retailer. MTailor also stated that the shirt would be 30% better then a traditional tailor. I thought, ok give this a shot because I don't have other options. Stood in my bedroom while my 8 year old daughter stared at me in my underwear and turned in a circle with my arms in the air and felt rather silly. Shirt arrived 5 days later and BOOM! The greatest dress shirt I have ever worn. Perfect fit with my initials on the sleeve they even leave a little more room for your watch depending on which arm you wear a watch. Incredible app, incredible material, incredible company!
Excellent customer service. My initial order was sized off by a little bit here and there. The responsive customer service viewed my photos and suggested adjustments. I received a free remake of the suit and shirt, both of which fit perfectly. I am very satisfied, and impressed!
Excellent app and merchant. Outstanding customer service. App is well developed and easy to use. I had to have a shirt remade due to the neck size, but they accommodated with no problem. I paid much more for custom shirts locally in the past. I'm glad I found MTailor. Highly recommend.
Very easy process with incredible results! Ordered a pair of blue jeans, really impressed with the fit! Finally, a pair of jeans that fit me! Very comfortable material, very pleased! to original review- I have since ordered shirts and pants, each time with incredible results!
